• All donations made to Valley County Sheriff Foundation are final and non-refundable.
• Donations are considered gifts to support our charitable mission and are not payment for goods or services.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only under these circumstances:

• Event Cancellation: If you purchased a ticket or paid for participation in a fundraising event that is canceled.
• Misuse of Funds: If the terms of a donation agreement are substantially violated.

3. How to Request a Refund

• Submit your request in writing within 30 days of the donation date.
• Include your name, donation amount, date, and reason for the refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method.
